1. Build your list
Enter your name to start a list. Search for items, choose quantities and sizes, and add notes for individual products. You can also use recipe ingredients to help build your order; review the matched items and quantities for your group.
2. Invite your family, if you like
Share an invitation by copying a link, sending an email invitation or opening a text message with the link. Invitees see what others have added and the prices of their own items. The organizer sees the total. You can check out without waiting for invitations or additions.
3. Choose delivery and review payment
Add the complete rental address, date, time and access instructions. Review the $45 delivery fee and any $30 rush fee. For advance orders, checkout authorizes a temporary $45 delivery hold; the priced total is scheduled for 6 p.m. Mountain time the evening before delivery. Same-day orders and orders placed after that charge time are charged at checkout. The hold is released before collection and is not an extra fee.
4. Approve any submitted family add-ons
If invitees submit additions after checkout, the organizer reviews them. Approved additions join the original order and invoice without a separate checkout. Review them promptly so the order reflects what your group wants.
5. Receive the delivery and final adjustments
Shopping and kitchen stocking are included in item prices. Item prices include a provisional store-tax allowance, reconciled to actual receipt tax. Final price adjustments and initially unpriced items may be charged after delivery under the authorization accepted at checkout.
