Prepare the property details first
Tell us the delivery address, unit, property name and requested delivery date and time. Coordinate authorized access with the host or property manager. Stocking before your arrival depends on that access arrangement; choosing a delivery time does not grant permission to enter a rental.
Plan around your stay
Count breakfasts, lunches and dinners you expect to make at the property. Check kitchen equipment before adding ingredients for a meal that needs special cookware. Include household preferences in individual item notes and review product labels for dietary needs.
Give every household a place to contribute
A shared grocery list lets family and friends see what is already planned. Each person can add missing items, and the organizer retains control of the total and approval of submitted additions. You can also place an order entirely on your own.
Review quantities and final pricing
Package size and quantity matter, especially for a group. Adjust both while ordering. Some requested items may not have a price yet; they can stay on the order, with final pricing and charges handled after delivery under the checkout authorization.
GOOD TO KNOW
Questions & answers
Is kitchen stocking an extra service charge?
Shopping and kitchen stocking are included in item prices. Delivery is $45 per order, with a separate $30 rush fee for delivery scheduled within 48 hours of ordering.
Can groceries be stocked before we check in?
That requires authorized access arranged with your host or property manager. Provide the access details and coordinate timing with Peak to Peak; do not assume pre-check-in entry is available.
